Vanta is hiring a Product Manager

About the Role

Vanta is seeking a Product Manager for Business Systems to own critical post-opportunity workflows within our Salesforce and Go-to-Market ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure seamless processes from quote creation through provisioning, driving automation and efficiency for our revenue operations.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete lifecycle of features and capabilities from conception through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Balance strategic roadmap projects with ad hoc business requests, proactively anticipating stakeholder needs and serving as a thought partner in designing scalable solutions.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, Deal Desk, and Sales to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Establish data-driven frameworks to measure system performance, user adoption, and business impact, using analytics to inform prioritization.
  • Own the product roadmap and execution for post-opportunity workflows including quoting, contracts, entitlements, and provisioning.
  • Work with vendors who support Quote-to-Cash workflows, including LeanData, Ironclad, Nue, NetSuite, Workato, and others to optimize integrations.
  • Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and Vanta's product platform to enable end-to-end Quote-to-Cash automation.
  • Drive change management and user adoption initiatives, ensuring features deliver intended business value.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Communicate project status, adoption metrics, and business impact to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in product management, business systems, or revenue operations within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ability to own full lifecycle management.
  • Strong data fluency—experience establishing KPIs, analyzing metrics, and using data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic roadmap execution with ad hoc requests, proactively anticipating needs.
  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (flows, validation rules, custom objects) and deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes including CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management, entitlements, and provisioning.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and optimizing integrations with third-party platforms like LeanData, Ironclad, Nue, NetSuite, or Workato.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, ERP integrations, and billing/revenue recognition requirements.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to proactively identify needs before they're articulated.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.
