Runware is looking for a Product Manager to act as the glue between engineering, design, marketing, and sales, driving product strategy and execution. You will be a highly technical partner, setting direction for products, deciding what we build, why it matters, and how we execute.
What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and key metrics for your product, ensuring alignment across engineering, GTM, and leadership.
- Shape the product management function by collaborating with leadership to align industry best practices with Runware’s unique culture.
- Own the details as a true partner to engineers, spotting problems early and ensuring they are resolved.
- Partner on go-to-market, getting into critical deals early, translating prospect needs into prototypes, and launching new products with refined positioning.
- Become an expert on the market and customer by engaging regularly to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and turn insights into product requirements.
- Leverage AI tools end-to-end to move faster across discovery, prototyping, analysis, and communication.
What We're Looking For
- B2B SaaS product management experience with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A strong grasp of AI and ML, whether from building AI-powered products or working closely with ML and inference teams.
- Experience building products for technical users, with an understanding of what great developer experience looks like from the inside.
- Ability to communicate with precision, whether writing a PRD, presenting a roadmap, or explaining a technical trade-off; you articulate complex ideas simply and convincingly.
- Comfortable demoing to prospects, coding prototypes, querying databases, and leveraging AI; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and learn new skills to accelerate the team.
