Lincoln Electric is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy and performance of our industrial equipment portfolio for the Australian and New Zealand markets. You will be responsible for a diverse range of welding solutions, standard education, fume extraction, hard automation, and cutting equipment, focusing on end-to-end product lifecycle management and sales enablement.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete industrial equipment portfolio, including US and European sourced welding solutions, standard education, fume extraction, hard automation, and cutting equipment.
- Develop marketing initiatives and collateral through website content, brochures, catalogues, seminars, campaigns, trade shows, and product training.
- Maintain product detail and drive web content and product information required for SAP master data.
- Develop strategies to improve product range knowledge, awareness, lead identification, and value proposition across the sales team.
- Manage the equipment product life cycle, coordinating inventory planning, supply and sourcing, item master integrity, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of exposure to and understanding of the Australian & New Zealand welding markets.
- Solid understanding of MS Office applications and the SAP system and item master product data.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Willingness to innovate and generate new ideas.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in problem solving.
- Business acumen and the ability to manage resources to meet financial targets.
- Strong analytical skills to identify price/volume strategies and opportunities.
Nice to Have
- A degree in business or marketing.
- Experience with the welding industry or welding equipment.
- Experience in product management or marketing and strong organizational skills.
