Mindera is looking for a Product Manager to join our Data Analytics team. In this role, you will drive transformation projects within the retail industry, defining the product lifecycle and managing backlogs to deliver backend data integration solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define, manage, and prioritise product backlogs for data integration and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements across retail functions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable and robust data products that interface with legacy and modern systems.
- Drive cross-team collaboration between business units, supply chain ops, and technology groups.
- Align product delivery with transformation roadmaps and organisational goals.
- Translate technical concepts and constraints into business-friendly language and vice versa.
- Ensure compliance and performance of data pipelines across various distribution channels (APIs, cloud streaming, etc.).
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, ensuring the team delivers value consistently.
- Run and participate in Sprint Retrospectives, driving continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in driving transformation projects.
- Experience working across complex technical landscapes.
- Experience delivering backend data integration solutions that support supply chain operations at scale.

This is a hybrid role. You can work from our offices in Porto, Aveiro, or Coimbra (Portugal), Leicester (UK), San Diego or San Francisco (USA), Chennai or Bengaluru (India), Cluj-Napoca (Romania), or Blumenau (Brazil). Remote work is also an option.
