About the Role

The Product Manager will lead the creation and evolution of digital products designed specifically for children, ensuring they are engaging, safe, and aligned with developmental needs. This person will work across teams to deliver innovative solutions that parents trust and kids love.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy for digital experiences tailored to children
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver timely, high-quality features
  • Conduct market research to understand trends in children's digital products
  • Identify opportunities to improve user engagement and satisfaction
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product plans
  • Manage product roadmaps and release schedules
  • Collaborate with legal and safety experts to ensure compliance with child protection regulations
  • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on product direction
  • Develop user personas and journey maps specific to young audiences
  • Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into product offerings
  • Coordinate user testing involving children and caregivers
  • Communicate product updates to internal teams and external partners
  • Support go-to-market strategies including messaging and rollout plans
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met across all features
  • Balance innovation with age-appropriate design principles
  • Resolve conflicts between technical constraints and product goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation of product decisions and iterations
  • Stay current with regulatory changes affecting children's digital content
