NetApp is seeking a Product Manager for a technical outbound role focused on our Storage Management software. You will be responsible for delivering technical value propositions to Field teams, Partners, and Customers through content creation, training, and ensuring strong cohesion between product development and field execution. Your primary focus will be on advancing Unified Manageability across the entire NetApp storage product portfolio.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams across the product lifecycle to build expert-level understanding of NetApp products and solutions.
Own end-to-end assigned technology/product area(s) on specific technical topics; integrate the technical narrative into the overall product and solutions narrative.
Act as a technical subject matter expert; evangelize NetApp and assigned technologies at executive briefings, webinars, virtual events, conferences, and on social media.
Create technical competitive collaterals including presentations, videos, blogs, and solution briefs.
Create pre-sales guides and demo narratives to establish technical wins.
Create technical white papers and reference architectures.
Conduct periodic training and information delivery sessions to increase mindshare in the field, with partners, and with customers.
Identify strategic partner/customer segments to increase product/feature adoption.
Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences, and Technical Sales Training or Partner Training activities.
Respond to customer or field inquiries, assist with Technical RFPs, and work with cross-functional teams.
Influence product roadmap and development priorities with 'outside-in' sales, partner, and customer perspectives.
Stay current with industry trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend product enhancements.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor of Science/Computer Science or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to craft technical narratives, value proof, and competitive positioning for integrated solutions.
Excellent technical writing, communication, and storytelling skills; customer-centric mindset.
Strong experience in core technologies: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, Kerberos, SCIM.
Strong experience in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Least Privilege.
Deep knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory.
Knowledge of REST-APIs, Terraform, Ansible & Python (or any other scripting languages) for automation and integration.
Deep Understanding of IAM within AWS, Azure, GCP.
Strong knowledge on Security & Governance: Zero Trust, CIA Triad, PKI, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
Understanding attack vectors like phishing, credential stuffing, and social engineering.
Knowledge of user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and certification.
Knowledge of generating reports and managing audit logs for compliance and security.
Hands-on experience in deploying and managing enterprise-scale SaaS application IAM/security capabilities in any public cloud or hybrid cloud.
Experience building lab environments in short notice for solution validation, demos, or POCs.

Nice to Have

10 to 15 years of Industry experience preferred, working in enterprise software and IT infrastructure or technical solutioning.
