Athennian is hiring a Product Manager to own the strategy and development of our core platform. You will define and execute the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and user feedback
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze product metrics and user data to inform decisions and measure success
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a product management role for a B2B software product
- Proven ability to translate customer problems into detailed product specifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting to leadership
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Toronto, ON, Calgary, AB, or elsewhere in Canada.
