Love, Bonito is looking for a Product Manager to build and maintain our core platform capabilities. In this role, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end process of an omnichannel business, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical product implementation and define our product roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Manage and run agile processes (Scrum) with engineering teams as Product Owner.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, communicating progress and changes to stakeholders monthly.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate and prioritize features based on impact, time, and complexity to maximize value delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure smooth development, testing, and release cycles.
- Work closely with the E-commerce and Marketing teams to align initiatives with product strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including AI adoption in fashion and retail, to identify new opportunities.
- Support UI/UX design for new features using tools like Figma, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to track KPIs, measure product performance, and derive insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure integrations meet business needs.
- Contribute to mobile app product strategy, identifying opportunities to scale and optimize engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, with proven exposure to both execution and strategic planning.
- Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum processes as a Product Owner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.
- Proven ability to evaluate features by impact, time, and complexity, and manage product backlogs effectively.
- Experience in UI/UX design with proficiency in tools like Figma or similar.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience in vendor management and managing third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail, e-commerce, and mobile app development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven product features in retail or fashion.
- Prior exposure to mobile app product lifecycle management.
- Experience in fast-paced consumer brands or fashion e-commerce.
- Understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Understanding of Web Vitals, website performance metrics, and e-commerce performance optimization.
