About the Role

Arcade is hiring a Product-Led Growth Account Executive to help take our sales to the next level. You will partner directly with the CEO and Head of Sales to shape product direction, tell the Arcade story, and drive revenue through a product-led approach.

What You'll Do

  • Experiment with new outbound motions and partner with Marketing and Operations on new campaign ideas.
  • Proactively reach out to Growth trial customers to learn about their use case, set them up for success, and expand existing opportunities.
  • Partner with the Head of Sales on enterprise pricing and packaging deals.
  • Share product recommendations based on what it will take to close Arcade's largest deals.
  • Leverage product metrics to understand signals of adoption and up-sell opportunity.
  • Research target personas and build repeatable playbooks across segments, translating learnings for scale.
  • Close deals.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of sales experience with some enterprise closing experience at a B2B tech company.
  • Experience being part of a fast-growing tech startup and a 0 to 1 team build.
  • Familiarity with a product-led growth (PLG) motion.
  • Comfortable with data and looking at signals to figure out the best accounts to pursue.
  • Innate sense of urgency and ability to tag team well with other sales teammates.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the initial stages of a company building from 10 to 40+ people and seeing growth from $5m to $20m ARR.

Team & Environment

You'll join a growing GTM team and partner closely with the CEO and eventually the Head of Sales, reporting to them.

Work Mode

This role operates on a hybrid model in San Francisco, CA.
