ForTech Consulting GmbH is hiring a Product Expert - Dashboards (f/m/x) to serve as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for a key product area within our portfolio. You will collaborate closely with asset optimization, marketing, sales, and trading operations to ensure the success and evolution of our dashboard products.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain the release board, feature matrix for sales, and clear product documentation.
Act as the product knowledge hub, enabling internal teams through training and direct client support.
Gather and organize requirements for product planning and development.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and anticipate future expectations.
Own the dashboard design process, ensuring a consistent, user-friendly, and on-brand experience.
Drive quarterly dashboard releases that deliver measurable value to all markets.
Collaborate closely with our existing teams and external partners to align roadmap priorities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Basic coding skills in Python and some experience using LLMs.
Interest in the power industry, power trading, and artificial intelligence.
A curious person with a good sense of humour.
