Role Overview
This position leads the regional execution and engagement strategy for EO’s key offerings across Europe. The Product Engagement Manager ensures that core products—including Forum, Learning, MyEO, EO Accelerator, and Marketing & Communications—are implemented effectively and consistently within local chapters. Working closely with the Europe Regional Director, member leaders, and support teams, the role strengthens chapter vitality through structured guidance, performance tracking, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional deployment and adoption of EO’s core products, ensuring chapters are supported and engaged.
- Act as a primary resource for product knowledge, providing training, tools, and best practices to chapter leaders and staff.
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, and operational toolkits to streamline execution.
- Design and manage regional campaigns to promote product awareness and participation.
- Curate content for newsletters and social channels, aligning messaging with regional goals and global brand standards.
- Facilitate communication between local chapters, regional leadership, and global teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor engagement metrics and product adoption across Europe, generating monthly reports and quarterly insights.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making at both regional and global levels.
- Oversee end-to-end planning of the Europe Moderator Summit, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience.
- Support product visibility at major events such as Presidents’ Meetings, RLA, Leadership Summits, and EO Accelerator sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and member leaders to align logistics with strategic priorities.
- Utilize platforms like Monday.com, EO Hub, Hubspot, Canva, and Microsoft 365 for project management, reporting, and collaboration.
- Incorporate automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Build systems that enable local execution while preserving regional consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience, ideally within a nonprofit, association, or membership-based organization.
- Proven ability in account management, customer service, and organizational coordination.
- Event and logistics planning experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with collaboration and CRM tools such as Canva, Monday.com, Hubspot, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience creating SOPs, reporting models, or operational resources in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to engage entrepreneurs with diplomacy and cultural sensitivity.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Skilled in building relationships across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
