EvenUp is hiring a Product Enablement Specialist

EvenUp is hiring a Product Enablement Specialist to ensure prospective customers experience the full value of our platform during competitive 2-week trials. You will sit at the intersection of Product and Sales, driving activation, adoption, and value realization through structured onboarding, expert configuration, and engagement coaching.

What You'll Do

  • Create and configure firm environments pre-trial, setting feature flags, user setups, and sandbox cases, partnering with Product Ops to QA all setups.
  • Lead Day-1 kickoff and product walkthroughs for firm users, translating complex AI features into practical, day-to-day use cases.
  • Deliver a mandatory Day-7 'Advanced Training' session and actively reinforce engagement with best-practice examples and targeted coaching.
  • Track usage data daily to proactively identify engagement risks and inactive users, then re-engage firms through targeted emails, content, or 1:1 check-ins.
  • Log qualitative firm feedback, friction points, and feature requests, contributing at least one process or training improvement monthly to the 'Bakeoff Learnings Digest'.
  • Adhere strictly to the 14-day trial cadence, updating dashboards, preparing review decks, and owning the internal readiness checklist for every trial.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong, demonstrable project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to legal professionals and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in a Product Enablement, Customer Success, or Sales Engineering role focused on customer onboarding and driving adoption in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • An obsession with detail and the ability to monitor, track, and manage multiple parallel competitive trials simultaneously without error.
  • Basic experience with data tracking and analytics, and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and process quality.
  • A natural ability to build relationships and seamlessly bridge communication between internal teams like Product Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

Team & Environment

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of Product and Sales.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.
  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.
  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.
  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.
  • A home office stipend.
  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • A local in-person meet-up program.
