- Gain in-depth knowledge of the full platform and B2B go-to-market tools to align training with actual workflows.
- Collect and analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to refine content and improve overall quality.
- Create efficient systems for managing content creation, review, and performance tracking.
- Produce and review certification materials to ensure accuracy and instructional effectiveness.
