Gate is seeking a Product Director to lead our Web3 initiatives. You will define the product vision and strategy, driving the development of new products and features for our global user base.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our Web3 portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
- Analyze market trends and user data to identify new product opportunities.
- Establish product goals, key results, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on Web3/blockchain products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing technology products.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders and teams.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the APAC region.
