SQLI is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our Experience Design team in Switzerland. In this role, you will focus on transforming complex systems into simple, useful, inclusive, and elegant experiences for a major client project based in Geneva.
What You'll Do
- Imagine and design clear, fluid, and user-centered product journeys.
- Create aesthetic, coherent, and functional web and mobile interfaces.
- Build, maintain, and evolve robust and well-adopted design systems.
- Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Prototype, iterate, test, and improve product concepts.
- Bring the client's branding to life through harmonious digital experiences.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in design or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in an agency or multi-project environment.
- Excellent command of Figma for wireframes, prototyping, UI, and design system creation.
- Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles with a strong sensitivity to accessibility and inclusive design.
- Experience in multi-platform design (web + mobile).
- Ability to design, document, and maintain a design system and its component libraries.
- A strong portfolio showcasing complete work: research, exploration, design, final UI, and products in production.
- Excellent communication skills, with ease adapting your language to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Native French speaker with excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have
- Basics in HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Framer, Webflow, or no-code/low-code tools.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced sensitivity to accessibility (WCAG).
- German (written and/or spoken).
