Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact design initiatives, guiding user journeys from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Build and refine scalable UX systems, patterns, and frameworks to ensure consistency and innovation across the product suite.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term vision development within the go-to-market organization.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance design processes, prototyping, and research, delivering AI-first interactions such as conversational and agentic interfaces.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, research, content, and business units to drive alignment and execution.
  • Establish clear success metrics, use data and user insights to validate designs, and continuously refine for optimal outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and mentorship, helping shape the future direction of the design team.
