HubSpot is looking for a Product Designer to join the Flywheel Product Line, concentrating on Go-to-Market AI. You will design applied AI experiences across three areas: an AI concierge for customers, AI-first tools for internal go-to-market teams, and dedicated experiences for HubSpot's global partner ecosystem. The role involves complex craft challenges from interaction models to system thinking.
What You'll Do
- Lead design initiatives and create cohesive user journeys from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Develop and evolve UX patterns, systems, and frameworks for consistency and innovation.
- Contribute to strategy and vision initiatives across HubSpot’s go-to-market.
- Utilize AI to expand design explorations, prototyping, and research, crafting AI-first experiences.
- Foster deep partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, and business partners.
- Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterate for user value and business outcomes.
- Elevate team craft, mentor others, share feedback, and help define what’s next for Flywheel.

- Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets.
- Eligibility to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) for some roles.

- Compensation: $138,600—$207,900 USD + equity: Eligible for restricted stock units (RSUs) for some roles.

This is a hybrid position open to candidates in the US Eastern Timezone.
