SQLI is looking for a UX Designer specialized in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to drive the full UX lifecycle, from research to measurable performance improvements. You will join a company of 2200 people across 12 countries, working on inspiring projects for renowned clients in luxury, finance, retail, energy, and aeronautics.
What You'll Do
- Pilot the end-to-end UX process from user research to production, ensuring experience coherence and quality.
- Conduct and structure user research including interviews, tests, surveys, journey analysis, and identification of pain points.
- Design high-performance journeys and interfaces including information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and UI focused on accessibility and conversion.
- Deploy a CRO/test-and-learn approach: define hypotheses, prioritize, design and manage A/B tests, analyze results, and make recommendations.
- Monitor and improve experience performance via KPIs like conversion, engagement, NPS/CSAT, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, marketing, and tech teams to transform insights into concrete, measurable improvements.
- Lead workshops and provide advisory consulting to clients (ideation, co-design, UX/CRO audits, experience roadmaps).
- Contribute to the design system (components, guidelines) and ensure clean design handoff to facilitate integration.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in UX Design.
- Confirmed expertise in CRO and performance-oriented journey optimization.
- Strong product and data culture (behavior analysis, A/B testing, KPIs).
- Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards.

- Experience ideally in a large corporate environment.
