About the Design Team Our tight-knit collective of product designers, researchers, and content strategists collaborate closely with engineers and product managers. We research, explore, and refine user experiences that are innovative, engaging, and delightful. Through design critiques, collaborative sessions, and presentations, we inspire and influence the product and company direction. About the Role As a Product Designer on the Monetization Experience team, you'll transform complex challenges into intuitive user experiences. You'll lead projects from conception to launch, measuring success through data and user research. Your work will critically impact both user satisfaction and business objectives. What you'll do - Design customer-focused experiences with measurable business impact - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies and roadmaps - Utilize research and qualitative data to guide design decisions - Develop deep customer and professional service provider insights - Create rapid concept prototypes with adaptable fidelity - Experiment, learn, and iterate to solve existing problems and discover opportunities Success Requirements - 5+ years of comprehensive product design experience - Portfolio demonstrating impactful project histories - Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills with human-centered approach - Ability to balance high-quality craftsmanship with agile experimentation - Action-oriented mindset understanding user and business impact - Experience designing growth-driving customer experiences - Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills Thumbtack values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
