Jobgether is hiring a Product Design Leader to shape the user experience of our digital platform. You will guide the end-to-end design of digital experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling for our users.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end design for major initiatives across web and mobile platforms, crafting seamless user journeys.
Create polished, user-centered designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and accessibility.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define and deliver exceptional experiences.
Contribute to and evolve the organization’s design system to ensure cohesion across digital channels.
Mentor and develop designers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
Advocate for customer-centric solutions based on user insights and feedback.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced design experience considered.
Proven experience leading product design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and user-centered solutions.
Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design for web and native applications.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to mentor and inspire designers, shaping team culture and design practices.
Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
