Jobgether is hiring a Product Design Leader to shape the user experience of our digital platform. You will guide the end-to-end design of digital experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling for our users.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for major initiatives across web and mobile platforms, crafting seamless user journeys.
- Create polished, user-centered designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to define and deliver exceptional experiences.
- Contribute to and evolve the organization’s design system to ensure cohesion across digital channels.
- Mentor and develop designers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
- Advocate for customer-centric solutions based on user insights and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; advanced design experience considered.
- Proven experience leading product design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and user-centered solutions.
- Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design for web and native applications.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor and inspire designers, shaping team culture and design practices.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable design solutions.
