Jobgether is seeking a Senior Brand Designer, Events to shape the physical expression of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for translating our core brand identity into cohesive, memorable experiences across live activations, trade shows, and our own proprietary events. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on design execution to influence visual storytelling and maintain brand consistency.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize and design event identities, environmental graphics, and on-site visual systems for conferences, exhibitions, and field activations.
- Extend the brand identity into physical spaces, including stage design, signage, presentations, collateral, and branded materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including events, marketing, and external vendors, to ensure design solutions meet strategic and logistical goals.
- Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets while maintaining high quality and consistency across all executions.
- Develop scalable templates and design systems for efficient rollout of future events.
- Experiment with visual language and contribute to evolving the brand’s identity and experiential design approach.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio showcasing event-related projects and strong brand identity work.
- Expertise in typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling for both print and digital environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with events, marketing, and vendor partners.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality design under tight timelines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with set design, fabrication, and environmental graphics production.
- Experience designing for 3D spaces or collaborating with spatial/environmental designers.
- Understanding of materials, lighting, and how design choices impact real-world experiences.
- Motion or interactive design experience for event screens.
- Knowledge of AI tools for rendering creative concepts.
