Jobgether is looking for an Art Supervisor to provide visual leadership for intricate and high-impact healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. You will be instrumental in defining creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and mentoring the next generation of designers within our remote-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee creative development for complex campaigns while supporting smaller initiatives.
- Partner closely with copywriters to deliver compelling and strategically aligned concepts and executions.
- Manage design workloads to optimize productivity and ensure high-quality creative output.
- Develop and review creative briefs that inspire innovative solutions and align with brand strategy.
- Ensure visual cohesion and brand consistency across all projects and platforms.
- Present creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, providing expert design insight.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, conducting reviews and setting achievable growth goals.
- Participate in client workshops, live sessions, and occasional team meetings to foster collaboration and chemistry.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency environment.
- Proven background in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
- Strong team leadership and mentoring experience.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
