About the Role
This role involves supporting the design of digital products through research, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of user flows and wireframes for digital interfaces
- Contribute to user research activities to understand customer needs
- Support the development of interactive prototypes for testing
- Collaborate with designers to refine visual design elements
- Participate in design critiques and team discussions
- Help translate product requirements into design solutions
- Work with engineers to ensure design implementation accuracy
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
- Maintain design system components and documentation
- Explore multiple design concepts during ideation phases
- Present design work to team members for feedback
- Iterate on designs based on user input and testing results
- Engage in discovery sessions with product managers
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Stay current with industry trends and design best practices
- Use design tools to produce high-fidelity mockups
- Support accessibility considerations in design outputs
- Contribute to design sprint activities
- Assist in organizing design assets for handoff
- Participate in team planning and stand-up meetings
- Work within established brand guidelines
- Help identify pain points in user journeys
- Support the creation of design specifications for developers
- Collaborate across disciplines to align on project goals

Nice to Have
- Previous internship experience in a design role
- Exposure to agile development environments
