About the Role
The position involves delivering counterintelligence reachback support by analyzing threats, producing intelligence products, and assisting operational teams with timely, actionable information.
Responsibilities
- Conduct counterintelligence analysis to identify threats and vulnerabilities
- Support field operations with timely intelligence assessments
- Produce written reports and briefings for government stakeholders
- Analyze data from multiple intelligence sources
- Identify foreign intelligence threats targeting personnel and facilities
- Collaborate with law enforcement and intelligence partners
- Maintain awareness of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Contribute to investigations involving espionage or insider threats
- Use analytical tools and databases to track intelligence trends
- Ensure compliance with intelligence dissemination policies
- Provide input for threat mitigation strategies
- Respond to urgent intelligence requirements during crises
- Validate intelligence leads for operational follow-up
- Participate in team meetings and planning sessions
- Support training exercises with realistic threat scenarios
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CI methodologies
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior analysts
- Ensure all work adheres to security protocols
- Track and report on CI-related incidents
- Work under deadlines to deliver time-sensitive products
- Use secure communication systems for reporting
- Coordinate with reachback centers across locations
- Maintain records of analytical processes and findings
- Support after-action reviews and lessons learned
- Contribute to the development of CI best practices

Clearance Requirement
Applicant must hold a current Top Secret clearance and be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Work Location
Position is based in Jacksonville, FL, with no remote work option. On-site presence is required.
