About the Role
This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries to expand the reach of alternative investment offerings. The individual will act as a strategic partner to advisors, providing product education and market insights to support client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage financial advisors and institutions across the Pacific Northwest
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present investment products and strategies
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at wealth management firms
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the alternatives space
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on field insights
- Support RFPs and due diligence processes for institutional clients
- Deliver educational seminars and firm-level training sessions
- Track and report on sales activities and pipeline development
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Ensure all client interactions comply with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams on materials and messaging
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events
- Drive awareness of alternative investment strategies among advisors
- Work closely with regional sales leads to align on priorities
- Respond to complex inquiries about fund structures and performance
- Assist in onboarding new distribution partners
- Stay current on regulatory changes affecting private funds
- Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support marketing initiatives with field intelligence

This position is part of a national team dedicated to expanding access to alternative investment strategies through financial advisors and institutions. The team works closely with product development, marketing, and compliance to ensure consistent messaging and regulatory adherence.
What You’ll Do
Travel across the Pacific Northwest to meet with financial advisors, broker-dealers, and registered investment advisors. Lead product discussions, support due diligence, and strengthen relationships to grow asset distribution. Serve as a trusted resource on alternative investment structures and market dynamics.
