Wizards of the Coast’s Skeleton Key studio seeks a Product Design Intern to help create new and exciting play experiences. You will work across the product development process, from ideation and proof of concept to design specs and pre-production review, while learning from industry experts.
What You'll Do
- Visualize new concepts via sketching, digital prototyping, and physical model making.
- Research current trends in entertainment, play, and toy categories, crafting mood boards to infuse new inspiration.
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Branding, and Packaging to build toy products from concept to shelf.
- Prepare for and help deliver internal presentations for new product concepts.
- Build product specifications using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to define details for development.
- Evaluate models and production samples to ensure quality and experience align with the internal vision and brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or an equivalent major with at least one quarter or semester left after May 2026.
- Available to work full-time hours in-person at our Hasbro Far East office in Hong Kong for the entire internship duration.
- Completion of at least one year of study within an undergraduate design program (Product, Toy, or Industrial Design).
- Strong skills in sketching and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Great communication and interpersonal efficiency skills.
- Passion for collaboration, play, and consumer product development.
- A great love of toys and fun.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with CAD Model building, physical fabrication, or video editing skills are a plus.

Team & Environment
You will interact with various staff members within graphics, branding and packaging designers, digital play designers, model makers, and other artists. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional team members in Marketing, Engineering, and Consumer Insights.
