Thirty Madison is looking for a Product Designer to design elegant experiences across web and mobile platforms that solve patient problems. You will be instrumental in expanding our design system and incorporating data and rapid user testing into the design process.
What You'll Do
- Take user problems from concept, to visual design, to supporting its implementation across web and mobile platforms.
- Experiment through prototyping, testing, and iteration to build experiences our patients love.
- Conduct rapid, intentional A/B testing and iteration.
- Participate in the discovery process to ensure problem statements and hypotheses are driven from end-user and customer insights.
- Continuously seek and integrate user feedback and test results to optimize solutions.
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross functional partners to create innovative and practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 2 - 4 years of relevant product design experience, ideally at a consumer-focused, product-driven company.
- Experience creating complex user flows and interaction states.
- Ability to explain and articulate design decisions.
- Proficiency in creating high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Experience working with and updating design systems.
- Experience with A/B testing and usability testing.
- Proven track record of using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
- Strong foundational design skills including typography, color and layout.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Product, Engineering and brand teams.
- A portfolio that showcases thinking, skills, and craft for design.
- Passion about making health care more consumer centric.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in health & wellness and/or e-commerce (subscription preferred).
- Experience on projects that are subscription based or improve conversion.
- Foundational understanding of software development and common languages used in building web applications, i.e. HTML, CSS and React principles.
- Familiar with accessibility design requirements.

- Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000 per year.
