SHISEIDO is looking for an Assistant Image Production professional to join our Global Fragrances Communication department. You will be central to the development of visual guidelines for new launches, the coordination of local adaptations, and the production of sampling tools in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers. As the project lead, you will manage multiple initiatives concurrently, developing your creative vision while respecting the unique identities of our brand portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Brief and create visual guidelines for all touchpoints, making them available on the Adsapp production platform in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Track, produce, and coordinate market requests on Adsapp and other channels.
- Develop and deliver POS (PLV) files.
- Coordinate media and e-sampling campaigns (quantity forecasting, costing, file development, production, and delivery follow-up).
- Support during CMYK and backlit calibrations and pre-press approvals (BAT).
- Create purchase orders on SAP and monitor project invoicing.
- Gather assets from Marketing teams.
- Verify, ensure the quality and technical specifications of, and make each visual available on our internal network and Adsapp.
- Manage copyrights for assets (rights and usage).
- Support markets on the platform, helping them locate visuals or assisting with placed orders.
- Assist and train new marketing team members on our processes and guidelines so they can effectively navigate the platform.
What We're Looking For
- BAC +4/+5 level of education.
- Knowledge of the graphic production chain and technical specifications related to image development (CMYK, RGB vocabulary, calibration, BAT, BAG, proofs).
- Required mastery of: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Rigor, dynamism, and team spirit.
- Creative sensibility.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, a 2-year contract.
- Initial experience in an image department is appreciated.
- Use of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
