GFT Technologies is looking for a Product Designer to take on a middle-weight role focused on autonomous design and leading significant parts of projects. You will be responsible for understanding both business and user objectives, managing design projects, and creating the foundational systems that ensure quality and consistency.
What You'll Do
- Design autonomously across the product lifecycle.
- Lead key aspects of major projects.
- Understand and translate business and user objectives into design solutions.
- Manage design projects, including planning and tracking.
- Design user flows and functional prototypes.
- Conduct user testing sessions.
- Implement design systems by creating and maintaining style guides and reusable components.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in relevant design projects.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools.
- Knowledge of product metrics and the ability to analyze data to measure design impact.
Technical Stack
- Advanced command of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- User research, including research planning and metric analysis.
- Information architecture.
- Implementation of style guides and design systems, including the creation of reusable components.
- Interactive prototyping.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility principles.
- Familiarity with UX Writing.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
Work Mode
This position is based on a hybrid work model in Ciudad de México.
