Adaptix seeks a Product Cyber Security Engineer to safeguard our 3D X-Ray imaging products and production services. In this role, you’ll join the DevOps team to embed security into the development process and enhance cybersecurity across business systems, supporting our mission to transform healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Lead cybersecurity lifecycle activities for 3D X-Ray imaging products and supporting services, adhering to standards like BS EN IEC 81001-5-1, including vulnerability monitoring, triage and risk management.
- Maintain up-to-date product security documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in the secure design and development of products across verticals including medical and veterinary imaging, and non-destructive testing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction and maintain compliance.
- Contribute to the selection and integration of appropriate security tools and workflows to embed security at the heart of the development process.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant cyber threats, trends and publicly disclosed vulnerabilities, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Advise and collaborate with stakeholders across the business on maintaining secure business systems.
- Contribute to production support and incident response activities as required.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable practical experience in cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and work effectively in a team.
Nice to Have
- A recognised cybersecurity qualification.
- Experience working in a regulated industry.
- An awareness of cybersecurity practice in healthcare.
- Proficiency in a programming language.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Windows and embedded systems.
