In this on-site role, you'll play a key part in safeguarding company information by managing user permissions, enforcing access policies, and supporting incident response protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and remove user accounts in alignment with role-based requirements.
- Review access rights regularly to remove outdated or unnecessary permissions.
- Enforce access control policies to strengthen system security and reduce risk exposure.
- Monitor user activity across platforms to detect anomalies or policy deviations.
- Investigate access-related incidents, determine root causes, and take corrective action.
- Identify weaknesses in access systems and recommend technical or procedural improvements.
- Document access changes, audits, and incident responses with precision.
- Generate reports on access reviews and contribute to post-incident analysis.
- Collaborate with security teams to escalate and resolve access control issues.
- Support process optimization through automation and policy refinement.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in access administration, identity management, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with IAM frameworks and access governance best practices.
- Proficiency with tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and identity platforms like Okta.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills for explaining security requirements across departments.
Preferred Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of compliance standards including GDPR, ISO27001, and PCI DSS.
- Experience scripting or automating access workflows.
- Holdings in certifications such as CISSP or CISM are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Okta is highly valued.
Work Environment
This is an on-site role located in New Belgrade. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Candidates must be based locally or prepared to relocate.
