UNIQA Capital Markets GmbH is looking for a Product and Portfolio Manager to manage corporate standard insurance products from initial idea through rollout to further development. You will be instrumental in creating innovative insurance solutions and enhancing customer experience while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Manage the entire product lifecycle, from the initial idea and rollout to market monitoring and product enhancement.
Develop new and improved insurance solutions and services to create a unique customer experience.
Analyze and optimize processes within commercial, agricultural, and real estate insurance.
Lead and support projects, often IT-related, ensuring smooth execution.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and coordinate internal alignment.
Create and deliver nationwide product presentations and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

Several years of professional experience in commercial, agricultural, and real estate insurance, including liability insurance.
A legal background: experience with insurance law or a completed law degree.
Analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive practical recommendations for action.
Technology affinity: confident in using digital tools and interested in new technologies.
Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Initiative and willingness to learn: take proactive action, contribute your own ideas, and be ready to continuously acquire new skills.
Responsibility and reliability: take ownership of tasks and projects and deliver consistently.
