Jobgether is seeking a Product Analyst to empower our product teams with data-driven decision-making. In this remote role, you will define and monitor key metrics, analyze feature performance, and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and guide product strategy for our mission-driven platform serving nonprofits worldwide.

What You'll Do

Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics across multiple product teams, including quarterly OKRs.
Work with product managers to implement and evaluate conversion funnels and feature performance.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate and complete data collection for all new product launches and updates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for product usage data requests from design and product teams.
Bridge communication and technical gaps between Product and Data departments, translating business needs into data requirements.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues related to event tracking or data loss.
Assist with setting up and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental feature rollouts.
Prepare and present dashboards and reports on product performance to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
Expertise with web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Hands-on experience with advanced product analytics tools like Heap, Posthog, or Pendo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with A/B testing and feature rollout platforms.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with data warehousing.
Python or R for analysis.
UX/product design knowledge.
Agile development experience.
