Qvest Digital AG is looking for a AI Subject Matter Expert (m/w/d) to advise and enable clients on AI topics. You will work directly on client projects in operational roles and contribute to our business development through workshops and proposals.
What You'll Do
- Advise and enable clients on AI topics including technology use, customization, and in-house development.
- Take on operational roles in client projects (e.g., Data Scientist, Software Developer, Consultant) for variable durations.
- Actively participate in the community by giving talks at conferences, events, and webinar formats.
- Confidently approach potential clients, clarify needs in conversations and workshops, and support the proposal process.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of both client organizations and Qvest Digital.
What We're Looking For
- Practical professional experience in conducting AI projects with consulting and coaching components.
- Deep practical experience (minimum 5 years in a similar role) as a Software Developer in at least one of the languages: Java/Kotlin, Go, Javascript/Typescript.
- Extensive practical experience in AI technologies and understanding of what matters in the use, development, and commissioning of projects.
- Knowledge of frequently occurring technologies/models, e.g., YOLO, Segment Anything, Whisper, GPT models, Azure AI Services.
- Programming skills in the AI environment, primarily Python, and in the area of enterprise integration (REST APIs, messaging systems, IAM systems).
- Enjoy project work and solution development with clients.
- Planning and conducting workshops comes naturally, whether during project implementation or in initiating new projects.
- A sense for client challenges and creativity to develop individual solutions.
- Enjoy immersing yourself in new contexts, markets, and corporate cultures.
- No difficulty communicating at all corporate levels; confident in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German and English at C1 level.
- See occasional travel as a welcome change.
