Purple Dot Digital Limited is looking for an AI Developer (LLM Specialist) to join our AI team. You will specialize in retraining and fine-tuning Large Language Models on proprietary datasets to build a conversational chatbot.
What You'll Do
- Retrain and fine-tune existing LLMs using proprietary datasets to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to curate, preprocess, and integrate company-specific data into LLMs.
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Implement model optimization techniques to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
- Assist in deploying LLMs into production environments.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on LLMs like GPT, BERT, or Hugging Face models.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and transformers.
- Hands-on experience retraining and fine-tuning LLMs using large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for training and deployment.
- Expertise in data preprocessing and management for model training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git.
- Experience with conversational AI and Docker.
Nice to Have
- Experience with conversational AI, sentiment analysis, or recommendation systems.
- Knowledge of model interpretability and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines for CI/CD of AI models.
- Experience with API development and integration for AI services.
- Prior work with proprietary or sensitive data.
