Signet Jewelers is hiring a Product Analyst III for a strategic role on the Digital Store Applications Product Team. This remote position blends product ownership with analytical rigor to drive enhancements across key digital store applications, including Services Intake and Services Fulfillment. You will deliver customer-centric solutions that improve operational efficiency and elevate the in-store digital experience.

What You'll Do

• Translate business needs into actionable epics, features, and user stories for digital store applications.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination.
• Validate product functionality through testing and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely delivery of digital capabilities.
• Analyze end-user feedback and behavioral data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the Jewelry Services business team to validate features that enhance end-to-end service capabilities.
• Track KPIs and post-launch performance to inform future iterations.
• Align product execution with roadmap priorities and business goals for digital store services initiatives.
• Participate in discovery sessions and requirement workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure continuity of SME knowledge across initiatives and mitigate delivery risks.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools like Adobe Analytics and Medallia.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-centric digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience with mobile-first design, Jira, and Confluence is a plus.

Team & Environment
