Truelogic Software was looking for a Product Analyst - Financial Services

Truelogic Software is hiring an entry-level Product Analyst to join our Product Management team. You will help support the delivery of technology solutions designed to improve the mortgage loan process, actively participating in team activities and executing assigned tasks within an Agile environment.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in organizational analysis to identify current capabilities and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather business requirements affecting technology systems and engage with technology partners to develop solutions.
  • Write and communicate requirements and user stories following a standardized Agile framework.
  • Work effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team.
  • Document acceptance criteria for user stories with guidance.
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done.
  • Manage stakeholders and teams across functional areas to implement projects.
  • Coordinate risk assessment and use the output to help mitigate project risks.
  • Participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
  • Execute on test scripts developed in design and implementation phases.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant experience, including internships or coursework related to business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High proficiency in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • A team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute, able to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • A proven track record of delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to interface with executive management.
