Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop detailed specifications and user stories, and understand market trends and competitive analysis.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall strategy. Create and manage product roadmaps, setting clear milestones and delivery timelines.
- Conduct user feedback sessions, usability testing, and create user personas to guide development. Work closely with the team to ensure user-centric design.
- Manage projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases. Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget using Agile or Scrum methodologies. Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure proper resource allocation.
- Ensure product functionality and performance meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication.
- Provide training to internal teams and offer support to users for successful product adoption.
- Work with marketing and sales to develop launch strategies and product positioning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and integrate new innovations into the product.
Requirements
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent skills in conveying complex ideas to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex software projects from planning to delivery.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and software testing.
- Passion for finding creative solutions and enhancing user experiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
