GFT Technologies SE is looking for a Product Analyst to analyze existing banking products and design forward-looking proposals from a neobank perspective. You will be instrumental in evolving products towards more agile, scalable, and competitive models, emphasizing reusable capabilities, user experience, and tangible business value.
What You'll Do
- Analyze current-state banking products (AS-IS)
- Design TO-BE proposals with a neobank mindset
- Focus on reusable capabilities, user experience, and business value
- Support product evolution towards agile, scalable, and competitive models
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years as a Product Analyst or in a similar product-focused role
- Experience with digital products, digital banking, or fintech
- Proven skill in AS-IS / TO-BE product analysis
- Modelling of end-to-end customer journeys
- Definition of product capabilities
- Analysis of product data and metrics
- Benchmarking of neobank and fintech user experiences
- Strong product thinking oriented towards user and business value
- Ability to simplify complex products and experiences
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Capacity to question traditional models
- Clear communication of proposals
- Collaboration with Product Managers, UX, and Technology teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital financial products
- Conceptual knowledge of platforms, APIs, and product architecture
- Exposure to continuous discovery methodologies
- Active interest in neobanking trends
