Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement activities, from initial outreach to final contract execution, including sourcing, vendor assessment, negotiation, and renewal management.
- Oversee and streamline the organization's SaaS tool inventory by monitoring usage, removing duplicate software, and combining vendor relationships to achieve measurable cost reductions.
- Take primary responsibility for negotiating vendor agreements to secure advantageous pricing, favorable contract terms, and strong service-level agreements, ensuring commercial protection.
- Develop and manage procurement procedures and approval systems within NetSuite to ensure full transparency and organization of vendor data, purchasing activity, and spending.
- Work closely with department leads to identify procurement requirements and produce reliable spending forecasts across the organization.
- Monitor and deliver reports on key procurement metrics such as cost savings, procurement cycle duration, and vendor performance, providing leadership with clear, data-driven insights.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with applicable regulations and standards specific to cryptocurrency and financial technology sectors.
- Keep vendor and contract documentation accurate and up to date, including renewal schedules and critical contractual terms, to prevent lapses or unfavorable renewals.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate procurement tasks and enhance overall process efficiency.
- Coordinate with Legal team to review contracts and address risks associated with new and existing vendor arrangements.
