About the Role

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is hiring a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team’s daily operations and ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordinating procurement activities and managing data.

What You'll Do

  • Process assigned purchase orders with suppliers, managing timelines and follow-ups to secure on-time delivery.
  • Work closely with Accounts Payable to identify and communicate invoice discrepancies, ensuring quick resolution with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating reports and analyses related to procurement operations, including accurate data entry and document management.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance procurement workflows, contributing to greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take initiative to learn new skills and responsibilities, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

  • A proven track record of delivering a customer-focused attitude and performance-driven approach to your work.
  • Strong proficiency in processing documents and handling data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • An effective and clear communicator.
  • Highly goal- and results-oriented.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with accounting or purchasing practices and procedures.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a collaborative team driving a variety of projects and initiatives, reporting to Brianna Phillips, Procurement Manager.

Work Mode

This is an onsite role based at our Seattle HQ office (17930 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188).
