Grifols is hiring a Procurement Category Manager responsible for defining and implementing the global strategy for the company's procurement categories. You will control and coordinate the daily activities of your category team to ensure the fulfillment of tactical and operational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Implement and develop the procurement category strategy.

- Execute and implement strategic plans for your assigned categories.
- Oversee daily activities and ensure team alignment.
- Track and report on category performance.
- Quickly address and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor and control category expenses.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in category management or procurement.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing categories such as Facilities, Engineering, and Spare Parts in an international environment.
