Our Home is hiring a Procurement Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Procurement KPI’s, maintaining vendor master data, developing Power BI reports, and providing crucial inventory insights. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable professional with strong communication skills to thrive in our dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Update weekly and monthly Procurement KPI’s.
- Act as the main contact for vendor or item setup for plant operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on on-hand, waste, and aging inventory levels.
- Provide inventory and consumption analytics to the operations team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 1+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the CPG or food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in supplier relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with sourcing and procurement software.
- Experience with NetSuite is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness for occasional travel to supplier sites or manufacturing facilities up to 10%.
