Intel is seeking a Process Integration and Yield Technician - Front Half Nights to support fab operations for metrology equipment and work closely with engineering teams to identify improvements for our foundry solutions. You will join a team dedicated to advancing semiconductor manufacturing in a dynamic and technically complex environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform functions associated with fab operations, equipment, manufacturing support, and training.
- Conduct operations, structured troubleshooting of complex equipment, and coordinate and document issues and improvements for engineering teams.
- Review equipment health and stability.
- Lead training, certification, and buddy activities for complex operational procedures for equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Diagnose, debug, escalate, and potentially independently solve complex problems involving equipment, automation, and factory infrastructure.
- Partner with engineering to identify and develop processes and procedures for new equipment and refine operations for existing techniques.
What We're Looking For
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active US Government Security Clearance.
- A Highschool Diploma and 4+ years' experience in semiconductor or other related technical manufacturing OR an AA/AS in a technical field.
Nice to Have
- Active US Government Security Clearance.
- Experience with Metrology techniques like Laser Optics, Scanning Electron Microscopy, Digital Signal Processing, and Image Processing.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles.
- Skills and experience maintaining semiconductor equipment in a FAB or Lab.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team in a complex environment.
- Experience with technical documentation, training, and project management.
