Signet Jewelers is hiring a Process Engineer for our manufacturing unit in Kedah, Malaysia. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for implementing and sustaining our BD Excellence work process, driving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and coaching associates on continuous improvement methodologies.

What You'll Do

Implement and sustain the BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit.
Identify critical equipment settings and create standards.
Create technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfer that knowledge to operators and technical associates.
Coach associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.
Understand top losses within the manufacturing unit and develop and implement plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
Manage manufacturing unit change control, including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.
Lead the team in troubleshooting manufacturing unit-related scrap and waste.
Assist with the implementation of process and product transfers.
Support process safety improvement, including Health and Safety risk analysis and waste reduction activities in manufacturing.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience implementing and sustaining manufacturing excellence or continuous improvement processes.
Strong ability to identify critical equipment parameters and establish technical standards.
Demonstrated skill in coaching and training associates on improvement methodologies.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and driving OEE performance in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing change control and validation activities.
Practical knowledge of process safety, risk analysis, and waste reduction.
Willingness to work onsite in Kedah, Malaysia.
