RYZ Labs is hiring a Private Investigator for an AI Trainer role. You will apply your professional investigative skills to train and improve AI models using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) techniques.
What You'll Do
- Generate and evaluate training data to shape AI behavior
- Apply structured analysis and reasoning techniques inherent to investigative work
- Provide detailed, high-quality feedback for AI model alignment
- Collaborate on the development of training protocols and data strategies
What We're Looking For
- Professional background as a Private Investigator or in a closely related investigative field
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
- Ability to produce clear, structured, and objective written assessments
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote, digital environment
