ADI - SBG is seeking a Print & Online Documentation Supervisor to lead the next stage of our documentation evolution. You will coordinate scalable, single-source content practices with a focus on online-first publishing. This role oversees the creation and publication of mobile web documentation and optimized print literature for professionals, homeowners, and sales teams.
What You'll Do
- Partner with teams across Resideo to ensure content is accurate and meets high standards.
- Balance and track project schedules using kanban boards with approval flows, while controlling cost and maintaining quality.
- Work with project teams to define their content strategy and scope.
- Balance schedules and project goals within the content team and across global product teams to maximize impact.
- Orchestrate the literature team to create a unified content experience that transforms new customers into superusers.
- Supervise the creation of user, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting content for home comfort, safety, security, and automation products.
