Fidelity is hiring a Principal Systems Analyst within Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT), focused on the Wealth Management space. In this role, you will analyze and support managed discretionary solutions products and tools, collaborating extensively with business and technology partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Drive technical vision and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Analyze existing systems and business models to identify requirements and dependencies.
- Define scope and sequencing based on system requirements.
- Write clear user stories for APIs, data stores, and UI enhancements.
- Create use cases and functional solutions to meet project goals.
- Develop subject matter expertise in product and domain.
- Contribute to test plan development and reviews.
- Lead initiatives to grow and evolve the technical team.
- Mentor junior analysts and help establish team standards.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years of IT Systems Analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and formal documentation processes.
- Expertise in API development/testing, SQL, AWS, UI design, data design, AI prompting, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment with multiple integrations.
- Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Technical problem solver in fast-paced environments.
