Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance during negotiation and contracting phases

- Articulate security and compliance features to technical stakeholders
- Assist in post-sale onboarding and handoff to customer success
- Gather and relay customer feedback to product development teams
- Present at industry events and customer-facing technical forums
- Mentor junior engineers within the solutions team
- Maintain expertise in evolving platform capabilities
- Address technical objections during sales cycles
- Ensure solution designs meet data privacy standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve pre-sales escalations
- Develop reusable technical collateral and demonstration scripts
- Support strategic account planning with technical insights
- Evaluate client infrastructure for compatibility and scalability
- Advocate for customer needs in product roadmap discussions
- Drive adoption of best practices in solution design
- Participate in global on-call rotation for critical opportunities
- Maintain fluency in Dutch for client and internal communications
- Deliver training sessions for partners and internal teams
