Cambridge Mobile Telematics is hiring a Principal Software Engineer, Mobile

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to align engineering efforts with business strategy and define project roadmaps
  • Take ownership of a core part of the mobile technology stack
  • Mentor developers in best practices for software engineering and development workflows
  • Contribute to recruitment by participating in hiring activities
  • Work across teams and technical domains to resolve complex challenges
  • Design and build systems that are maintainable, scalable, reliable, and testable, with consideration for future needs
  • Lead code and architectural design reviews
  • Potentially lead project teams targeting specific company objectives or key results
  • Help refine and enhance internal development and operational standards
  • Provide on-call support during critical production incidents and assist in troubleshooting live issues
  • Handle additional duties as required
