Jobgether is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to lead the development of AI-driven systems and agentic user experiences. You will drive the architecture and implementation of our full-stack platform, from backend reasoning engines to dynamic front-end interfaces, while establishing frameworks for scalable and auditable AI interactions.

What You'll Do

Architect, develop, and guide agentic systems from backend reasoning engines to interactive front-end visualizations.
Define long-term frameworks and best practices for safe, auditable, and scalable AI-driven interactions.
Lead design reviews, code quality initiatives, and adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
Collaborate with product, AI platform, and design teams to ensure usability, trust, and technical scalability.
Mentor engineers at all levels to promote a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and AI-enhanced development.
Drive architectural strategy and influence organization-wide adoption of AI-enabled development workflows.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of software development experience building scalable, distributed systems and interactive front-end applications.
Proficient in full stack technologies such as TypeScript, Go, Java, or Python, with strong expertise in React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of large-scale API design, observability, and system reliability.
Demonstrated leadership in AI-enabled development practices and influencing engineering teams.
Ability to define long-term architectural strategies and guide organization-wide technical decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.

Nice to Have

Experience with agentic or event-driven orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Swarm, CrewAI) is a plus.
